The White House


White House tours run on a first come first serve basis, with a limited number of tours available. Tour requests can be placed up to 3 months in advance but no later than 21 days in advance. Due to the high demand for these tours, we encourage submitting your request as early as possible.

Self-guided White House tours are currently available from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm on Fridays and Saturdays only. These tours are generally an hour long. Please only request tours for days and times you are available as White House tours cannot be changed once they are confirmed. The White House is fully accessible to people with disabilities.


The U.S. Capitol Building

The U.S. Capitol building is currently open from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday for guided tours. Due to safety precautions, two tours are allowed per half hour and limited to 30 minutes each to allow for safe distancing. Due to high demand, we recommend requesting tickets at least one month in advance. Tours of the U.S. Capitol building are fully accessible to people with disabilities.
