Sen. Kelly Statement on Respect for Marriage Act Becoming Law
Today, Arizona Senator Mark Kelly issued this statement after the Respect for Marriage Act was signed into law. The Kelly-backed law protects same-sex and interracial marriages performed in states across the country. It also maintains federal religious liberty protections for individuals and organizations.

I am honored to have been a part of this historic legislation that will ensure marriage equality, and peace of mind and security, for countless couples. We will continue working to protect the rights and freedoms of all Americans,” said Senator Kelly.
