Sen. Kelly Meets with Supreme Court Nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson

Today, Arizona Senator Mark Kelly, a 25-year Navy veteran, met with Supreme Court Nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson in his Washington, D.C. office. Kelly issued this statement following their meeting:

“It was great meeting with Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to discuss her background and historic nomination to the Supreme Court. We had a good and informative conversation about how she approaches the Supreme Court’s role in interpreting and upholding the Constitution. Considering nominees for a lifetime appointment is an important constitutional duty that I take seriously. I appreciate Judge Jackson taking the time to meet and speak with me.”
