Arizona leaders see huge opportunity for semiconductor industry as $52B CHIPS Act advances

Now that the U.S. House of Representatives passed a bill including $52 billion for semiconductor companies, known as the CHIPS Act, Sen. Mark Kelly and ASU president Michael Crow spoke to the Business Journal about how this bill is likely to impact Arizona.
